Scary Acres reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. You will be denied admittance if you appear to be intoxicated. You are not allowed to bring any alcohol, food or drink onto the property. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. There are no flashlights or camera equipment allowed in any of the attractions. You may not touch the actors or props. The actors in turn will not touch you unless by accident, which does happen in the dark on occasion. If you do not follow these rules you may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
You should not attend Scary Acres if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, wearing crutches, have a heart condition, respiratory problems, or back pain. Conditions at Scary Acres may be dark, damp or wet; lighting may be low or strobe in some areas.
Your admission ticket is a revocable license and may be taken from you and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending Scary Acres. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation at Scary Acres. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into Scary Acres, holder agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporation, affiliates, officers, directors and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending Scary Acres or any the attractions at the Scary Acres location.
